1. Eligibility

Feedback can only be submitted by customers who have placed and received a completed order from Primis Tailoring

One feedback submission per order is allowed

Feedback must be genuine and based on your personal experience with our products and services

2. Privacy & Data Usage

Your personal details (Name, WhatsApp number, Email) are collected solely for the purpose of identifying your order and following up if required

Your contact details will never be shared with third parties or used for unsolicited marketing

Submitted feedback is stored securely and used only for internal quality improvement purposes

You may request deletion of your feedback data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp

3. Testimonial Consent

If you select "Yes, you may share my feedback" on the consent question, you agree to allow Pranisa Tailoring to publish your feedback (name and comments) on our website, social media pages, and marketing materials

Only your first name will be displayed publicly — your full name, contact details, and order information will remain private

You may withdraw your testimonial consent at any time by contacting us — we will remove your feedback from public display within 7 working days

Pranisa Tailoring reserves the right to edit testimonials for length and clarity without changing the meaning

4. Photo Upload Consent

By uploading a photo of your finished garment, you grant Pranisa Tailoring permission to use that image on our website, social media, and promotional materials

Photos will only be used if you have also consented to testimonial sharing

We will never use your photo in a way that identifies you personally without your explicit permission

You may request removal of your uploaded photo at any time

5. Honest & Respectful Feedback

We welcome all honest feedback — positive or constructive

Feedback containing offensive, abusive, or defamatory language will not be accepted and will be removed immediately

Pranisa Tailoring will not publish negative feedback publicly but will use it internally to improve our services

False or misleading feedback intended to harm the business reputation may be reported to relevant authorities

6. Follow-Up on Negative Feedback

If you rate any aspect of your experience as "Poor" or "Fair", our team will personally reach out to you on WhatsApp to understand the issue and make it right

Pranisa Tailoring is committed to resolving genuine concerns within 3 working days of receiving feedback

We may offer a remedy (re-stitching, adjustment, or discount on next order) at our discretion based on the nature of the feedback

7. Reward for Feedback

As a token of appreciation, customers who complete the full feedback form may receive a special discount code for their next order

Discount offer is subject to availability and Pranisa Tailoring's current promotions

Discount codes are non-transferable and valid for one use only

8. Intellectual Property

All feedback, photos, and content submitted through this form become the property of Pranisa Tailoring for the purposes outlined above

Pranisa Tailoring will not sell or license submitted content to any third party
